Terms
Ground rules
djasha.me is my personal portfolio. By using it, you're agreeing to a few common-sense things below. Nothing here is meant to be sneaky.

What this site is
This is a portfolio and blog operated by Diaa Asha, an independent UX designer based in Amman, Jordan. It exists to show my work, share writing, and let people get in touch about projects. It is not a product, a service, or a platform — there's nothing to sign up for and nothing to buy.
Who owns what
The writing, case studies, layout, code, and original imagery on this site are © Diaa Asha. You can quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back — that's how the internet is supposed to work — but please don't repackage entire case studies or essays as your own.
Brand names, product screenshots, and trademarks belonging to past clients, employers, or third parties remain the property of their respective owners and appear here for editorial and portfolio purposes only. If you're a brand owner and you'd like something adjusted or removed, just email me.
As-is, no warranty
Everything on this site is provided "as is," for informational and portfolio purposes. I do my best to keep things accurate, but I don't promise the site will be perfectly available, error-free, or up to date with the latest version of every project. Nothing here constitutes professional advice — design, medical, legal, or otherwise — and you shouldn't rely on it for decisions that matter without your own professional input.
Links to other sites
I link out to other people's projects, articles, tools, and social profiles. I don't control those sites and I'm not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or how they handle your data. Clicking a link out is on you.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Scrape the site at a rate that disrupts service for other visitors.
- Use contact channels to send spam, malware, or harassment.
- Attempt to break, probe, or exploit the site or its infrastructure.
- Pass off my work as your own.
Contact submissions and bookings
Anything you send me by email or through the future booking page is treated as covered by my privacy policy. Don't send me confidential, sensitive, or regulated information through these channels — they're for normal first-touch correspondence.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I'm not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that arise from your use of this site or your reliance on its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, where I live and operate. Any disputes that can't be sorted out by a friendly email will be handled by the competent courts in Amman.
Changes
I might update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top is the source of truth. Continuing to use the site after a change means you're fine with the new version.
Get in touch
Questions, requests, takedowns, or anything else terms-shaped: [email protected].
This is a plain-English statement of the rules for using my personal portfolio, not a contract drafted by a lawyer. If you need formal terms for a business relationship (a freelance engagement, a license, an NDA), we'll handle that with a separate written agreement.
