Selected Work
Recent work
Four featured below. Eleven more on /work. Each case study walks through the research, the decisions, and the final product.
AI Product Design
Mira
A shared brain for couples and families. I designed the food-matching loop, the health tracking, the onboarding — everything a user sees.
Developer Tools
Linkshot
A Chrome extension that turns screenshots from dumb images into searchable objects. OCR, metadata, structured library. Built for my own workflow first.
AI Product Design
Resume Tailor
An AI resume builder I use every week. Self-hosted, model-agnostic, exports to whatever format the recruiter asked for. Built because every alternative wanted my career history on their servers.
UX Design
X-Rate
A currency converter for people who actually use them: travelers, shoppers, investors. Six-week UX project — interviews to style guide, no shortcuts.
About
The short version.
Six years of medicine before I switched. The diagnostic habit stuck; everything else I rebuilt in code.
I work on products end-to-end — from user interviews to the shipped interface, with front-end code in between, written with a lot of help from Claude and Cursor.

Capabilities
UX Research
Interviews, surveys, usability tests, and synthesis that ends in specific next steps.
Product Design
Problem framing through launch. One point of accountability across research, UI, and front-end.
Design Systems
Tokens, component libraries, and the documentation that keeps teams aligned as they scale.
AI-Native Interfaces
Products where the model is part of the flow, not a chat pane pinned to the side.
Prototyping in Code
High-fidelity prototypes built in React with AI assistance. Interactions that test well in Figma often break in a browser.
Design Strategy
Aligning product decisions with business goals and user evidence.
Process
How I work
Every project runs through these four phases.
-
01 Understand
Define the problem
Interviews, user shadowing, competitive analysis. Journey maps and information architecture come before any screen.
-
02 Structure
Map the system
User flows, content models, edge cases. The details that decide whether a product feels solid or held together with duct tape.
-
03 Prototype
Prototype in code
Figma for thinking. React — with Claude and Cursor doing the heavy lifting — for testing. Fidelity matters when the interaction is the thing being validated.
-
04 Validate
Test and iterate
Usability sessions, analytics, session replay. Revise until usage matches intent.
